Automatically collected technical data
Our web server and hosting provider (Netlify) may log basic technical data such as request timestamps and error logs for security and operational purposes. This data is not linked to individuals.

When you choose “Essential Only”, any first-party analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) already set on this domain are removed immediately. Google-domain cookies cannot be removed by this site. 5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data on our behalf:
Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics 4

Google Apps Script & Google Sheets
Contact form submissions are processed via Google Apps Script and temporarily held in Google Sheets for routing to our team. Data is stored on Google's infrastructure.
Netlify
Our website is hosted on Netlify. Netlify may process basic access logs for security and performance. See Netlify's Privacy Policy for details.
Cratio CRM
Enquiry data submitted via our contact form may be forwarded to Cratio CRM to help us manage and respond to business leads. This data is used solely for follow-up purposes.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.
We may share your data with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf (listed in Section 5), and with legal or government authorities where we are required to do so by applicable law.
7. International Data Transfers
Our operations are based in India. However, some third-party services we use (such as Google) may transfer and process your data in countries outside India. When this occurs, those transfers are governed by the service provider’s data transfer mechanisms and safeguards. 8. Data Retention
Contact form data is retained for as long as necessary to respond to and manage your enquiry, and for a reasonable period thereafter in case of follow-up communications. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default in our GA4 property.
If you request deletion of your personal data, we will take reasonable steps to remove it from our records and request deletion from third-party processors where technically feasible.
